Milling Surface Treatment Options

• Anodizing: Hardcoat and Color (Black Hardcoat, Black, Blue, Gold, Grey Hardcoat, Green, Natural Hardcoat, Natural, Orange, Red)
• Powder coating: This process applies powder coating to the part, which is then baked in a high temperature oven. The result is a hard outer layer that resists wear and corrosion, and is more durable than standard painting methods. Available in a variety of different colors to create the desired look.
• Roller coating: Roller coating uses a rotating roller as the carrier of the coating. The coating forms a wet film of a certain thickness on the surface of the rotating roller, and then contacts the object to be coated with the help of the rotating roller during the rotation process to coat the surface of the object to be coated. . Roller coating is suitable for flat coating, widely used for coating metal plate, plywood, cloth and paper, especially for metal coil coating.
• Polishing/electropolishing: It is the modification of the surface of the workpiece with polishing tools and abrasive particles or other polishing media to make the surface bright and smooth.

• Composite six-meter machining center: a three-axis gantry machining center integrating milling, cobalt hole, tapping, and chamfering. It adopts the German Siemens system, which has stable performance and ensures processing stability.
• CNC gantry five-sided machining center: equipped with 24 tool magazines, automatic switching. The side milling cutter can realize five-sided machining.
• CNC Vertical Machining: It has all the performances of both a drilling center and a machining center, and is suitable for small hardware products.
